How does your complexity look after the holidays?

Beauty, Tips Or Tricks | 0 comments

The holidays are over, and our skin is for sure not the same as it was before… Non-stop partying, drinking and diet change -together with the tendency to overload our face with more make-up products because of the days- dehydrate our complexity and make our skin look dull and older, not as luminous and for sure dark circles are beginning to make their appearance.

Don’t panic! Only a few minutes are needed to make a comeback to our previous -if not better- condition.

The first step is a thorough face cleansing, a necessary process for every complexity.

The second step is a proper exfoliation. If you cannot find the lost and forgotten scrub in your cabinet, we’ve got an easy and old-school solution:

  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsps. of olive oil

Tip: If you want you can add a tbsp of almond-oil. Almonds are rich in E and K vitamins and have anti-aging as well as rejuvenating properties. It is also abundant in palmitic, oleic and linoleic acids which are important for their restorative properties for the skin and trace minerals such as zinc and iron, essential for our complexity’s balancing of functions.

The third and most important step is moisturizing. The year is over and it’s high time we go through our moisturizing products and find what works best for us.

Follow the above steps once a week and your skin in the shortest of time will look luminous and healthy.
